For the 100th anniversary Völkl has a very special surprise for all ski enthusiasts! They are launching a limited version of the RACETIGER SL.
Introduced in 1973 as the Renntiger, no other Völkl epitomises performance and success quite like the Racetiger. The Racetiger SL comes into its own on slalom courses and on general pistes in tight bends and wherever you need lightning-fast edge changes, responsiveness, and a consistently superlative glide. The Racetiger SL features Tailored Carbon Tips. Tailor-made carbon fibres allow the ski to be adapted to exactly the things it’s going to be used for. The strength and alignment of the fibres define the force you need to apply and the energy that builds up in exactly the right places, which means agile shovel reaction with a precise response the moment you initiate a turn. The SL can be steered around the tightest bends with less power input but with no loss whatsoever in precision and control.

Multilayer Woodcore 1
The side wall is laminated to extremely stable layers of wood on the sides of the sandwich core.
Tailored Carbon Tips
The visibly integrated Tailored Carbon Tips are light, allow an agile shovel reaction with less effort and quickly build up energy.
Full Titanal
The titanium setup makes the ski agile and dynamic. Especially friends of a hard, fast and aggressive riding style benefit from the quick response of this construction.
3D.Glass
Compared to classic glass constructions the three-dimensional and multiple-folded glass layers in the tip and in the tail area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns.
