Scott Skis

Scott Sports is a Swiss company based in Givisiez. Scott’s roots, however, are in Sun Valley, Idaho – a place where Scott Sports maintains a branch office alongside its European headquarters. Engineer and skier Ed Scott led the company to success in the 1960s with the production of aluminium ski poles. These models forced the existing steel or bamboo poles completely out of the market. Since then, Scott has been synonymous with bringing revolutionary products to the market in winter sports.

The range of skis encompasses freeride, mountain and freestyle models as well as a line for women and children. Poles, helmets, goggles and a vast array of sportswear are also available from the Swiss company. Away from winter sports, Scott also produces articles for motorsports and running as well as cycling. Its bikes have even recorded significant successes on the international stage.
