The Racetiger RC with a titanal band and a tailored, slightly wider carbon shovel impresses with its smoothness and balance as well as its turning ability. The RC, which is surprisingly easy to ski for experienced skiers, is the all-rounder among the race skis. It follows you to the limit in split seconds, but anytime you want to take it a little more gentle, for example at the end of the day, this ski is amazingly easy to turn at lower speeds too. Carving pleasure at its best! Remarkable in terms of riding characteristics are the Tailored Carbon Tips which noticeably reduce the amount of force required, especially when entering the turn. The integrated carbon strips direct the power exactly to where it is needed. The titanal band provides the necessary smoothness and ensures agility as well as balanced drifting qualities. In short, the new Racetiger has become sportier. The narrower center width compared to the previous year's model allows faster edge changes and a generally more dynamic skiing approach.
Technologies
3D.Glass
Compared to classic glass constructions the three-dimensional and multiple-folded glass layers in the tip and in the tail area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns.
Base P-Tex 2100
A sintered high-density and high molecular polyethylene base with great gliding characteristics and high durability.
Full Sidewall
Direct and strong powertransmission with full length sidewalls.
Full Sidewall/Mini Cap
Full sidewall construction with mini cap overlapping to provide best durability.
Multilayer Woodcore 1
The side wall is laminated to extremely stable layers of wood on the sides of the sandwich core.
Tailored Carbon Tips
In this innovative manufacturing process the new Tailored Carbon Tips are produced by embroidering the individual carbon fibers onto a carrier material.
Tip Rocker
Character: Only bends upwards in the shovel area, while the middle and tail of the ski feature a camber shape.
Titanal Band
Sportive material layup for high dampening and reliability on Freeride skis to also keep relatively light weight.
Woodcore
Special PU construction with a wooden core in the ski body.
