Head Kore 87 (Powder Ski 2023/2024)

Product Summary

The Head Kore 87's full retail price is €940. The Ski costs roughly €260 more than the average price of all Powder Skis, making it a real luxury Ski. This ski is just right for good skiers. Stable but not overpowering. The Kore 87 is a pure freeride ski. Riding on groomers is no problem but due to its fairly wide waist the ski has a strong bias towards powder runs. The ski is available from 156 to 191cm. The ski is very agile and performs well in all sizes of turn radius - both long and short. The radius ranges from 12.40 m to 18.40 m (depending on the length of the ski).

The ski in details

The ultimate bridge between the frontside and backside, the KORE 87 offers performance in a lightweight package with great touring capability.

HEAD's weight-saving focus does not mean soft. HEAD fuses light Graphene into the KORE 87's tip and tail for even weight distribution. Light but stiff Karuba wood in the core is sandwiched by a triaxle weave carbon layer adding responsiveness. A sandwich sidewall construction, vibration absorption properties underfoot and a new topsheet shape round out the KORE 87's ability to charge or cruise.

GRAPHENE
