Glen Plake´s first signature model has been a long time in the making and with the combined experience of Plake and Elan, a ski worthy of his signature is born. The Ripstick Tour 104 was designed and tested from the ground up by Elan ambassador and freeskiing pioneer Glen Plake, and blends the lightweight construction necessary for efficient ascents with the legendary performance and style of Glen.
The Ripstick Tour 104 is 104 mm wide and features a carbon construction to achieve what was thought to be an illusion: the perfect blend of freeride power and touring agility. By using lightweight carbon and Carbon Bridge technology, downhill performance is combined with light weight for effortless ascents. Glen's signature model has been combined and tested with the ATK C-RAIDER 12 PIN binding. The binding is known for its stability, reliability and low weight of just over 300 grams. To make the package perfect, the Ripstick Tour 104 hybrid skins are made from 65% mohair and 35% nylon. This achieves the perfect blend of glide and grip and supports the ski in all ascent situations.
