A vacation is not complete without good food. That's why we care about this aspect and we commit ourselves to ensure that our guests can enjoy regional, national and international dishes, always taking into account the naturalness of the ingredients, lightness and their origin.
The "Patron" of the place, Renato, is the chef in charge personally of the kitchen: everything is homemade and the products are carefully chosen for maximum quality ... try it!
The fresh pasta is always present in the menu, the meat arrives from nearby Val Rendena, the fish is only available if absolutely fresh.
And yet, the sweets that delight the end of the meal and breakfast are prepared every day with all natural ingredients; industrial preparations are banned! Even those who have particular needs (children, vegetarians, coeliacs etc.) Can enjoy their meal with complete safety.
Breakfast: we serve it in the Orangerie hall, completely decorated and furnished so the guest feels comfortable since the morning.
A good morning starts from ... from the buffet: all kinds of cereal, served with yoghurt of Alto Adige, homemade jam, white bread, but also our traditional brown bread, leavened pastries, eggs, ham, local cheese and all that you need to start the day with energy.

Everyday life, with its incessant rhythms, can leave us breathless. For this reason, it is important to find moments for "losing yourself" and to rediscover the well-being that balances our spirit.
The mountain is already an open-air spa, where all our 5 senses can find harmony and both our body and spirit reap the benefits.
This is why we created a wellness centre, to bring all of Nature's benefits right here to you, in the hotel itself. Green is the colour of ultimate relaxation while the scent of Stone Pinewood produces beneficial effects on our body by slowing down the heart rate and promoting relaxation. The sweet sound of flowing water takes us back to our origins and fills us with a sense of spiritual fulfilment.

From the peak you can enjoy a 360° panorama: your eyes will fill with the colours of summer and winter, alighting on the Brenta Group, on the Non Valley with its apple orchards, Etschtal and finally Lake Garda, which in some times of the year becomes of brilliant gold colour thanks to a special reflection.

Adamello Brenta Nature Park
The largest protected area of Trentino
Our hotel is located just outside the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, the largest protected area of Trentino that includes the district Adamello-Presanella and the Brenta Dolomites. It is exactly the Brenta Dolomites, that stand impressively creating a unique surroundings in the village of Molveno, in 2009 they were declared World Natural Heritage Site.
The uniqueness of the Brenta Dolomites is the pinkish colour that presents itself at sunrise. In fact, the Dolostone, of prehistoric origins, is formed by sediments of shells and corals and this is why, in the morning, gives us this incredible phenomenon called "alpenglow".
At sunrise in fact the peaks of the Brenta Group gradually turn pink, creating this wonderful and unique effect.
The Adamello Brenta Nature Park has a very rich flora with approximately 1,500 species of plants and flowers, and is populated by numerous animals such as deer, chamois, ibex, eagles, foxes, marmots and of course the brown bear.
When hiking in the woods open your eyes wide... you could be lucky enough to see a roe deer grazing grass or a red squirrel jumping from a fir tree to another!

For those who love the summer holidays in the mountains, Molveno is perfect because it combines sports activities and excursions, to the classic beach life on the shores of the lake.
In addition to the classic mountain trekking and fantastic excursions in the Dolomites, the town offers a large number of opportunities to have fun and enjoy the beauty of nature.
The lake, with perfectly calm water in the morning, is beautiful to be explored on a pedal boat or canoe, while in the afternoon, thanks to the Ora del Garda wind becomes perfect for sailing. To try: the new paddle surfing, which consists of keeping balance on a surfboard, using a paddle to move (looks easy!).
For tennis lovers we offer 4 outdoor and 1 indoor fields; the heated pool is Olympic size, surrounded by a beautiful garden with sun beds. On the beach there are a basketball and beach volleyball court.
Summer holidays in the mountains can't help but include a pleasant ride on a mountain bike. You will find routes with various difficulty to enjoy the surrounding area or to make excursions towards Andalo and Paganella. If you have previous experience and love the risk, try the Bike Park with Downhill and Freeride at Fai della Paganella.
Ever experienced the thrill of flying? With an instructor you can reserve a beautiful tour in paraglider flying over Molveno to experience the emotion of the sport... guaranteed explosion of adrenaline!
The adventure never finishes: the park facilities "Forest Park" offers pathways for real Indiana Jones, even for the youngest.
And in the night? The animation staff proposes a different show each day, with music, dance or cabaret... it cannot be boring in Molveno!
Winter in Molveno: more than just skiing
An "avalanche" of healthy activities
At just 4km from Andalo and its ski slopes, Molveno is the ideal destination for all those who love skiing, but at the same time want to escape the chaos of the main centre. If you love the peace of the nature, you can enjoy a full day of skiing or snowboarding on the slopes of Andalo, before returning to relax in an oasis of peace without stress. No traffic jams, neither queues for parking: in fact the Ski Area Paganella is reached with comfort by the free ski bus which stops in front of the hotel.
You are not skiers? Winter, nevertheless, offers some alternatives!
In Molveno the snow makes the landscape magical and quiet, every step you make you hear only the creaking of shoes on white blanket... Walking along the river takes you to the waterfalls of Molin dei Mori that welcomes you with a breath taking show: huge ice stalactites glistening in the sun, hanging on the mountain, will make you feel tiny and you cannot help but admire them speechless.
This is only one of numerous walks, on foot or with snowshoes, to do alone or accompanied by Alpine guides.
Have you ever experienced the magic of a dinner in a mountain hut? The route is really impressive: you ascend with the snowcat, and you can walk down with torches (or with the same snowcat). Then enjoy the typical Trentino dishes in front of the fireplace in the hut when it's dark and snowy outside... it's really a fabulous experience!

For those traveling by car:
Drive along the Brenner motorway and exit at San Michele all'Adige. Drive through the village of Mezzolombardo until the crossroad for Altopiano della Paganella (on the left). After having passed Fai della Paganella and Andalo you reach Molveno. The hotel is situated in the residential part of the town, near the lake.
For those traveling by train:
The nearest stations are Trento (approx. 40km) and Mezzocorona (about 25km). From there you can take the public bus (you can find timetables by clicking the link http://www.ttesercizio.it/Extraurbano/ValDiSole_ValDiNon_Paganella.aspx) or book a taxi.
As an alternative we offer a convenient transfer service: you can book the Shuttle Bus service from the railway station of Trento to Altopiano della Paganella, which is carried out on Saturday and Sunday in connection with the train arriving in Trento from all around Italy at 14:12 and the departure with that at 15:32.
