A great ski day is also guaranteed for families

The winter sports area on the Mölltal Glacier also offers a wide range of activities for families with children. Thanks to the manageable size of the ski area, you can send slightly older children off on their own. For the little family members who still feel insecure, the ski area offers the Stübele practice lift directly at the intermediate station and another short drag lift with equally short blue runs.

If the little ones are already a bit more confident on their skis, the other blue and red slopes of the Mölltal Glacier also guarantee a first-class day of skiing. Particularly recommended are the wide blue slopes No. 2 and No.3 from Schareck as well as the slopes 5 and 6 at Wurtenboden. In front of a dreamlike alpine backdrop, the red family run No.9 to the intermediate station is also quite doable for beginners with a little practice. For the slopes at the Alteck lift, however, kids should already be a little more confident on skis.
