Falls Creek – Great for beginners, families and intermediates

Most slopes at Falls Creek are quite short and rather gentle. Therefore Falls is an excellent destination for beginners or families with small kids. Experts can find some nice black runs in “The Maze” area (see trail map). But there are ski resorts in Victoria that offer more challenge for experts. Of course Falls Creek offers more than only alpine skiing. It features Australia´s best cross-country skiing terrain in one of the most picturesque regions of the country. 70 km of perfectly groomed slopes await winter sports enthusiasts! Our special thanks goes to Benny, who showed us around in the resort. Ask for him, when you are in Falls Creek if you want a really nice ski instructor :-) P.S.: From December till April you can also visit Benny in Fiss (Austria)

      The Best In Australia!
Best village for adults and kids, ski in-ski out from any lodge, varied terrain, always a protected side from the elements, huge skiable area, just lacks a little bit of vertical drop, but not really noticeable compared to other Australian resorts when there.
