Cerler Ski Resort

Trail Map Cerler

The Ski Resort

Cerler is located in the Pyrenees in the province of Huesca and is part of the Aramon group together with Formigal-Panticosa. The ski area extends above the village of the same name, which is one of the highest in the Pyrenees (1500 m). The breathtaking mountain scenery makes a skiing holiday in Cerler a real experience: in the immediate vicinity are the highest mountains in the Pyrenees, such as Anteo (3404 m), Monte Perdido (3355 m) or Pico Posets (3371).

Cerler offers a total of 81 kilometres of pistes of all levels of difficulty. There are two entry points to the ski area, either in Cerler or in Ampriu (1900 m), which is a little higher still. Both areas offer beginner terrain with easy slopes and drag lifts for practice. For young skiers, there are also two children's areas, Jardín de Nieve de Ampriu and Jardín de Nieve El Molino, located at the valley stations in the entry points. Here you can not only practice skiing and snowboarding, but also just romp around in the snow. 35 kilometres of pistes are marked in blue, so that even less experienced skiers can easily find their way around the ski area. The blue pistes can be found throughout the ski area, but the entrance in Ampriu is particularly recommended. This way, you can immediately conquer the enjoyable slopes at the Batisielles and Basibé lifts.

More experienced skiers will find a wide range of great slopes in Cerler, set in a unique mountain environment. Whether on the Rincón de Cielo (2322 m), the Pico Cerler (2407), the Gallinero (2728 m) or the Cogulla (2387) - the mountain peaks of the skiing area all offer great and above all varied downhill runs. Highlights are the slalom run Farnuserals or the snowspeed run at the Skity Area de Puentet. The Cogulla and Rincón del Cielo lifts also take brave winter sports enthusiasts to a mogul slope. You can also race on the Bordercross course at the Basibé slope.

Lovers of black runs will find what they are looking for at the highest peak of the ski area, the Gallinero (2728 m). There are also some black marked slopes at the Basibé lift.
