The Ski Resort

Located near Collingwood in Ontario, Canada The Alpine Ski Club of Toronto is a private alpine ski resort founded in 1957. It is only one of a small community of private ski resorts, which are all extremely family-oriented. The resort's terrain is organized progressively meaning that each of Alpine's five lifts serves increasingly more challenging runs. Great news: The clubhouse, which was opened in fall 2016, is always only one descent from the top of the runs.

Excellent snowmaking and grooming facilities make for envied conditions. The terrain of 120 acres is home to a whopping 36 runs, ensuring great skiing pleasure for ski novices and experts alike. Apart from a beginner area with magic carpet, there are also five double black runs called The Steeps. The Arrowhead Chair serves green and blue terrain, while the Summit Chair serves mainly blue to black runs. The terrain advances once you get off Millennium Chair. However, kilometres of marked snowshoe trails and an outdoor skating rink provide loads of variety for everyone who does not feel like shredding down the mountain on blue runs and blacks.
