The stadium features almost 90 kilometres (56 miles) of tracks - not only for professionals. The circuits range from 2.5 to 14 kilometres (1.5 to 8.7 miles) long and include easy practise trails as well as demanding tracks with steep ascents.

Cross-country skiing is possible from November through April. The stadium is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 21:30 as well as from 10:00 to 16:30 on the weekends. Part of the trails is lightened until 22:00.

If you don't have your own cross-country equipment, everything is available for rent at the stadium. Courses for beginners are on offer as well. Furthermore, you get the opportunity to try your hand at biathlon.
